📋 Description

• Teach online courses and residencies • Mentor doctoral learners and chair or serve on doctoral committees • Facilitate interactive dissertation and capstone course rooms • Review course feedback and use course data to improve teaching performance and learner experience • Contribute to curriculum and course development, including course plans, objectives, outcomes, teaching aids, competency-based assessments, and authentic assessment tools • Ensure diversity, sensitivity, and inclusiveness in curriculum design and course materials • Participate in school and university governance through faculty committees • Provide peer mentorship, feedback, and guidance to faculty members • Contribute professional knowledge and skills to learners, the institution, profession, and community • Maintain scholarly expertise through writing, speaking, research, conferences, and professional development • Support accreditation efforts, course and program development, innovation projects, and curriculum quality management • Take on essential roles and additional duties within the department, school, or university

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years teaching in an online setting • Experience teaching in higher education • Experience mentoring doctoral students • Experience writing curriculum • Membership/affiliation in an educational leadership organization on a national, regional, and/or local level • Demonstrated commitment to service and practice in the field of educational leadership • Experience with leadership through team engagement • Evidence of supporting learner success and a commitment to quality teaching outcomes • Ability to contribute through teaching and/or service to diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence of the academic community • Experience presenting at professional conferences on a national and/or local level • Experience with scholarly writing and use of APA 6th edition • Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology • Licensed psychologist in good standing • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Copies of required certificates and licenses and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be attached • Must be able to travel occasionally if business needs arise • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Ability to access information using a computer • Must meet critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication requirements
