📋 Description

• Prepare monthly financial statement packages for assigned properties • Record journal entries and assist with accruals, depreciation, and amortization entries • Perform general ledger analysis and account reconciliations • Support timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes • Analyze financial results and prepare basic variance explanations • Review income statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules for accuracy • Prepare operating expense reconciliations and other client deliverables • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks across assigned portfolios • Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with policies • Communicate with Property Management teams and internal stakeholders on routine financial matters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred • 2–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property accounting or real estate • Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting • Experience with property accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar) preferred
