📋 Description

• Manages contracting needs for various shared service departments in the organization • Serve as the primary point of contact for diverse set of contracts • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance and Legal to facilitate contract approvals and signatures • Briefs management on budgetary matters • Lead daily and monthly administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management • Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries • Assist in analysis of month-end performance to budget • Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years of progressive accounting experience • Experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis • Advanced Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience; namely NetSuite • Ability to manage confidential information with high level of integrity and discretion • Inquisitive, analytical and detail oriented • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
