📋 Description

• Oversee ambassador team • Oversee and ensure optimal efficiency of all logistics • Develop and implement various trainings that improve employee knowledge and skill • Serve as a liaison between students, Learning Coaches, teachers and/or administration • Monitor progress teams caseload • Arrange support conferences as needed to address performance concerns • Provide outreach, training, and support to families who respond to Students First Check In surveys • Increase professional knowledge and skills by attending required staff meetings • Participate in State testing as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3+ years related professional experience • Some college and or 5 years leadership experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities • Customer service focus • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment • Experience coordinating academically oriented clubs and extracurricular activities • Familiarity with the online learning experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Web proficiency • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Ability to clear required background check
