📋 Description

• Manage the payroll process from start to finish • Review and audit timekeeping records • Handle tax notices and manage state/local registrations • Process tax adjustments and support year-end activities • Maintain payroll records in compliance with SOX • Address employee inquiries through the ticketing system • Stay current on payroll and benefits legislation • Manage all types of tax notices in collaboration with OSV

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma AND Five (5) years of payroll experience • Three (3) years of Workday payroll experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Familiarity with payroll processes, policies, and best practices • Experience in using ticketing systems (e.g., Fresh service, Zendesk) • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
