📋 Description

• Support MedCerts’ Salesforce and learning management system teams • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from business needs identification through post-release support • Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, developers, administrators, and QA • Facilitate requirements discussions and support prioritization across stakeholder groups • Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Coordinate changes across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems • Review test cases and coordinate and perform user acceptance testing • Evaluate requests for dependencies, process impacts, and data implications • Develop workflow diagrams and business process documentation • Recommend technology and process improvements • Triage and reproduce defects and help determine remediation priorities • Coordinate investigation and resolution of production issues • Conduct software demonstrations and write release notes • Maintain accurate documentation and validate delivered solutions against business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability • Ability to explain complex business or technical problems clearly • Curiosity, detail orientation, and critical-thinking ability • Agile methodology knowledge • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or similar discipline preferred • Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Billing experience preferred • Totara/Moodle experience preferred
