📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to Solution Architect leadership and contribute to global sales enablement strategy • Design and deliver onboarding programs, ongoing training, and just-in-time learning resources • Identify skill and knowledge gaps and build cross-functional enablement programs • Create and curate technical product information, solution architectures, and selling strategies • Establish metrics and analytics to measure enablement impact and support data-driven decisions • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to keep enablement content current • Partner with Product Operations and Product teams to prepare Solution Architects for product launches • Cultivate a community of expert practitioners and crowdsource best practices and user-generated content

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including Solution Architecture and enablement for global organizations offering payments or SaaS-based solutions • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for a sales audience • Proven track record designing and delivering enablement programs that measurably improve sales performance • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders and build productive relationships • Experience with content creation, curation, and knowledge management platforms • Preferred: advanced degree or certificate in enablement • Preferred: deep expertise across the Stripe product suite • Preferred: Stripe implementation experience • Preferred: strong project management skills • Preferred: excellent communication and presentation skills
