• Take full ownership of a caseload of defined contribution retirement plans • Administer 401(k) and cross-tested plans from start to finish • Perform basic non-discrimination testing • Communicate directly with clients on plan mechanics • Research and present compliance topics • Shadow a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to increase testing and document knowledge • Efficiently utilize technology to perform the role • Attend staff meetings and trainings as requested • Assist in areas appropriate for the position • Own stewardship of assigned business relationships • Perform other duties as assigned
• 1-3 years of retirement plan experience • 2-4 years of client services experience • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software • Organized and detail-oriented • Exceptional client service approach focused on communication, timely solutions, and client needs • Team player who is collaborative and able to work with and through others • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to act with integrity, proactively address client needs, continuously improve service, focus on professional growth, and work collaboratively with the entire team
