📋 Description

• Foster collaboration with MPS Managers to support technical competency and business growth through increased robotic utilization • Act as a player-coach with MPS teams to achieve customer and territory goals • Create scalable pre-course training programs and guidelines for JR Mako platform applications • Implement Mako strategic initiatives within the assigned territory • Communicate plans with key stakeholders and local leadership • Evaluate and report the impact of Sales Education strategy within the field robotic sales organization • Use Stryker analytic platforms to identify development opportunities • Use complaints data to implement education and re-education for current and upcoming Mako applications • Provide on-site learning opportunities and identify re-education opportunities • Collaborate with Customer Support and IT on Product Experience Report submission and filing education • Assist in delivering customer reports from the Complaints Team • Demonstrate technical expertise with Mako robotic JR applications and deliver 1:1 education to local MPS teams • Support re-education programs with FEES, Customer Support and Marketing • Ensure Mako procedures comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards • Deliver best practices across territories to improve customer experience and Mako utilization • Use Mako Analytics/Reporting data to identify account-level utilization improvements • Define and deliver metrics, goals, success criteria and milestones for aligned accounts • Create scalable onboarding success metrics for new MPS hires • Ensure new and re-education requirements are met for strong launches • Support new system launches and ensure launch goals are met • Strengthen customer partnerships through meetings such as AAOS and AAHKS • Maintain customer feedback and responsiveness with Customer Support, Marketing and FEES • Identify customer re-engagement opportunities and provide onsite support • Gather best practices from other JR territories and establish national best practices • Leverage corporate and field partners, approved materials and resources to build programs and growth opportunities • Uphold Stryker’s brand and mission in joint replacement care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; B.S, B.A.S or B.B.A preferred • 8+ years of work experience required • 8+ years of experience in a Mako clinical or joint replacement role covering manual procedures • Background in orthopedics and/or healthcare highly preferred • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional groups • Persuasive oral and written communication skills; experience dealing with all customer groups and senior leadership • Strong analytical and project management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) • Ability to travel extensively, including frequent air travel, overnight hotel stays, and rental car use • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, up to 6 hours • Ability to work in a sterile environment, potentially wearing PPE • Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict • Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision • Ability to prioritize work and maintain detailed and confidential records • Ability to communicate/present to large groups • Unwavering ethics and integrity • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds constantly • Ability to coordinate eye, hand and foot movements and meet visual, auditory, reading, memory and cognitive demands
