📋 Description

• Lead delivery of analytics initiatives by managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across a portfolio of projects • Develop and deliver analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that support business decision-making • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenge assumptions, and shape analytics solutions and delivery plans that meet business needs and drive adoption • Partner with business leaders to communicate project status, identify risks, and resolve prioritization or resource challenges • Coach, develop, and support a team of analytics professionals through onboarding, performance management, and career development • Review analytics solutions, validate assumptions, and provide technical guidance to improve solution quality and consistency • Identify and deploy opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, self-service analytics, modern analytics tools, and AI-driven solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field • Minimum 1 year of people leadership, team leadership, project leadership, or formal coaching experience • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and leading teams through change • Experience delivering analytics solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support • Experience using business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies • Experience developing and troubleshooting data models, including relationships, measures, and semantic models, to support analytics and reporting solutions • Preferred: Master’s degree • Preferred: Experience with analytics automation and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, GitHub Copilot, Databricks, Python, DAX, and M • Preferred: Experience supporting multiple business functions or stakeholder groups within a matrixed organization
