📋 Description

• Advance process, project, and portfolio excellence across the Global Compliance and Privacy organization • Lead small to medium-scale projects and manage project workstreams for enterprise initiatives • Develop and maintain project analytics, reporting, management tools, and project infrastructure • Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, and deliverables • Evaluate Compliance processes and implement sustainable global improvements • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement efforts • Facilitate daily huddles and continuous improvement workshops • Create and maintain process documentation • Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and operational excellence • Manage project charters, plans, schedules, governance models, resource registers, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans • Identify, analyze, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues • Coordinate with IT, Finance, and other functions for project delivery • Perform end-to-end process mapping for standardization and risk mitigation • Enhance PMO tools, templates, systems, and governance • Manage a project portfolio through monitoring, governance, and success metrics • Mentor colleagues on project approaches, tools, and resources • Implement project management best practices globally within Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of work experience • 2+ years of experience working in a highly regulated industry such as MedTech, FinTech, or Pharmaceuticals • 2+ years of experience in project management (preferred) • PMP/CAPM certification (preferred) • Experience in process mapping or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
