📋 Description

• Provide advanced administrative support to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate projects • Prepare documentation, issue commitments, and produce reports • Support the Project Management team across budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk • Support project activities spanning planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Track project progress against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines • Report project status and variances • Craft action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Manage smaller projects with oversight when assigned • Lead third-party project delivery resources or smaller teams and track performance • Motivate team members and address routine project problems • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience • Combination of experience and education considered instead of a degree • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Working understanding of MS Project helpful • Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management, owner's representative, or commercial project management experience • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment • Strong interpersonal skills and inquisitive mentality
