📋 Description

• Analyze customer, sales, and pricing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively resolve potential issues • Administer customer contracts and maintain pricing information within revenue management and ERP systems • Audit pricing eligibility, contract compliance, and account alignments to ensure data accuracy and policy adherence • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, membership issues, and contract-related inquiries • Support pricing strategy initiatives by evaluating promotional programs, pricing changes, rebates, and revenue impacts • Create and maintain customer account structures, rosters, and contract documentation across multiple business areas • Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and leading-indicator analyses to monitor account changes, pricing performance, and downstream business impacts • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to implement pricing programs and improve pricing-related processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree • Experience in the medical device, healthcare technology, or technology industry • Experience supporting contract activation, pricing administration, or pricing discrepancy resolution • Experience working in a customer-facing or customer support environment • Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and rebate or fee calculation tools • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP • Experience creating reports and analyzing business, pricing, or customer data • Willingness/ability to travel 10%
