📋 Description

• Support execution of a global privacy program meeting regulatory, compliance, and business requirements • Partner with privacy professionals, legal counsel, compliance, and business stakeholders • Manage privacy processes, assess risk, support regulatory obligations, and drive operational excellence • Support responses to privacy inquiries from government and regulatory agencies, customers, patients, employees, and other stakeholders • Support requirements with global and regional authorities and regulators, including filings, registrations, and appointments • Conduct and review Data Privacy Impact Assessments aligned with global privacy directives and risk assessment requirements • Assist with individual rights requests, including tracking metrics and KPIs for reporting • Support auditing and monitoring with Internal Audit, Compliance, IT Security, and Legal • Propose privacy program and strategy enhancements based on business needs, industry trends, and best practices • Identify and escalate issues to management or legal review • Maintain knowledge of Stryker product lines, competitive environment, and customers • Monitor and track privacy requests and assessments and provide updates • Identify system and process improvements that increase efficiency and compliance or reduce cost

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting privacy, compliance or risk management • Experience conducting, reviewing, or supporting privacy assessments, compliance reviews, audits, or regulatory processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint • 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, DPIA or DPAs preferred • Professional certification in privacy or compliance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CRCM) preferred • Experience supporting global privacy programs within a multinational organization preferred • OneTrust advanced user preferred • Medical device industry experience preferred • Large global matrix organization experience preferred
