📋 Description

• Develop and support sales education programs, training, and learning content aligned with business and sales strategies • Apply product, procedural, and competitive market knowledge to create relevant education • Incorporate HCP insights and stakeholder input into educational content and programs • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual sales education courses and programs • Collaborate with Medical Education, Product Marketing, Sales Training, Marketing Communications, and other stakeholders • Identify and leverage effective communication channels, platforms, and messaging to support learning and engagement • Establish measurement and tracking strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements • Contribute to strategic planning, Sales Education workstreams, and budget management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 4 years of work experience • Minimum 2 years of experience designing learning experiences and administering an enterprise LMS • Experience with Cornerstone or similar enterprise LMS, including SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, or Absorb • Experience implementing or managing AI-enabled sales coaching/role-play platforms such as Second Nature, Quantified, Hyperbound, PitchMonster, or Yoodli • Experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales training • MBA preferred
