📋 Description

• Manage UDI material data requests supporting business processes • Ensure continuous improvement in UDI data quality through cleansing and data construction • Contribute to data council meetings across all five business units at the Instruments Division • Provide product-team expertise on gathering UDI material data • Lead medical device data submissions to the GUDID and/or EUDMAED databases • Support creation of UDI reports • Create and improve UDI end-to-end system interface documentation • Identify source systems for UDI attributes and how they interface across the ecosystem • Develop and maintain relationships with business and IS resources to improve data management processes • Serve as a business contact for UDI material master topics and identify solutions to business challenges • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support UDI material master data needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; life science-related field preferred • 2+ years of relevant work experience required • Knowledge of all UDI attributes throughout onePLM and QuickBase • Knowledge of GUDID (FDA database) and EUDMAED (EU MDR database) • 2+ years of FDA GUDID and PLM experience preferred • NC/CAPA experience preferred • Ability to manage UDI material master data and data requests • Ability to lead medical device data submissions to GUDID and/or EUDMAED • Ability to create UDI reports and end-to-end system interface documentation • Ability to identify UDI attribute source systems and ecosystem interfaces • Ability to work with business, IS, product, and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to travel 10%
