📋 Description

• Support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing operation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform • Partner with HR process owners, technology teams, HR Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centered HR solutions • Translate business requirements into platform configurations • Support case management and knowledge management capabilities • Perform testing and quality assurance activities • Develop reporting and analytics • Drive continuous improvement across the employee experience • Document requirements, validate outputs, and identify opportunities for approved AI-enabled HR use cases • Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and success criteria • Lead discovery and process design activities to simplify and standardize HR processes • Serve as the functional liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams • Support backlog prioritization, release planning, and delivery of HR technology solutions • Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, workflows, and employee experiences • Review configurations and maintain platform standards, documentation, data models, roles, and security requirements • Support knowledge management and employee self-service strategies, including content governance, search effectiveness, and migration of legacy content • Ensure solutions meet change control, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements while supporting audit readiness • Lead functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution, and regression testing • Develop dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve HR service delivery, adoption, and employee experience • Partner with technical teams on ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems • Support change enablement, training, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery • 1+ year of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD or a similar HR technology platform, such as Workday or UKG • 1+ year of experience translating business needs into technical requirements, including requirements related to case management, knowledge management or service delivery • 1+ year of experience with knowledge management, portal optimization or business process mapping • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification • Preferred: ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification • Familiarity with AI or large language model concepts, responsible AI practices or testing AI-enabled employee experiences • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
