📋 Description

• Develop and execute communication plans supporting commercial priorities and initiatives across Ortho Tech • Partner with sales leadership and communications colleagues to translate business needs into clear, actionable communications • Lead editorial planning, content development, and execution for newsletters, business updates, and sales-focused communications • Develop messaging, presentations, talking points, meeting materials, and other leader communications • Develop and coordinate sales messaging covering business priorities, customer needs, milestones, and required actions • Support communication planning and execution for commercial change initiatives • Develop communications supporting sales incentive initiatives • Advise stakeholders on audience, channel, timing, and content strategy • Develop communications supporting culture and employee-engagement priorities • Lead communications for division recognition programs and initiatives • Own editorial planning, content development, and production for the Robotics Innovation Center newsletter and Weston site communications • Support HR-related communications for commercial businesses • Support the Ortho Tech North American Sales Meeting and other priority events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 2+ years of communications-related work experience required • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail • Knowledge of AP Style preferred • Writing assessment required • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office 365 applications • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Marketo or other email marketing tools is a plus • Ideal candidate resides in the Eastern Time Zone • Willingness/ability to travel 10%
