📋 Description

• Lead a modern, business-aligned information security program across the organization’s Microsoft-based environment • Manage risk-based security programs and controls aligned to business priorities • Ensure secure identity and access controls, configurations, high availability, and resilience with vendors • Partner with the MSP and IT to build secure, scalable, fault-tolerant systems • Manage monitoring, logging, alerting, and security and reliability metrics • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions • Manage the MSP relationship, SLAs, security monitoring, alert triage, vulnerability management, desktop maintenance, and issue resolution • Lead SSAE 18/SOC audits, including preparation and remediation coordination • Maintain and create policies, standards, and documentation • Co-own business continuity and disaster recovery programs and participate in testing • Assess and monitor third-party security posture and vendor risk • Deliver security training and awareness programs • Stay current on threats and evolving best practices • Report to the CIO and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, the MSP, COO, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 7–12 years in information security, cloud security, or related roles • Experience with Azure and/or Microsoft 365 security and architecture • Experience with monitoring, incident response, and cloud operations • Familiarity with automation and modern infrastructure practices • Experience working with MSPs or external service providers • Exposure to SOC/SSAE 18 and regulated environments • Hands-on and accountable, with strategic and technical capability • Strong collaboration across technology, operations, and leadership • Ability to sit for extended periods • Dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices • Physical ability to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
