📋 Description

• Consistently make 100+ Outbound calls per day • Make 10+ prospect bookings per day • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics • Build client rapport • Identify customers’ needs and ask clarifying questions • Research issues and educate clients on solutions • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way • Attend regular team meetings • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Humility and compassion to address customer needs • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Accurately set appointments and process payments • Attention to detail • Multi-task in a fast paced environment • Proficiency working with CRM, booking software and Google Suite • Previous call center experience is preferred
