📋 Description

• Develop rapport and maintain regular positive contact with transferring employees • Assess transferring employee needs and understand client relocation policies • Advise and coordinate relocation benefits within client policy • Work with Client Service Managers on policy exceptions and documentation • Arrange or modify flights, hotels, and car travel • Assist with rental home/apartment searches through referrals and online resources • Manage household goods surveys, packing/loading, delivery, and claims • Provide home marketing assistance • Facilitate expense reimbursements and service-partner payments • Meet or exceed service metrics and revenue-capture expectations • Escalate issues to Client Service Managers and TRC management • Follow Move Track workflows for timely billings • Maintain accurate relocation files, documents, actions, and notes • Recommend cost savings and efficiency opportunities • Assist across teams and provide desk coverage as needed • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in customer service (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work under minimal direction, organize, and prioritize commitments and projects • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow data entry/department standards • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Persistence and tact in resolving issues • Strong customer relations skills, discretion, and integrity • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Professional appearance and behavior • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong work ethic and off-hours flexibility • Ability to travel as needed to meetings and training events • Regular, predictable attendance • Frequent phone and computer use
