📋 Description

• Report to the Sales Manager • Generate new business for Subsplash through sourcing and identifying organizations that will benefit from Subsplash services • Build rapport with the gatekeepers • Connect with decision makers to set up meetings with our Account Executives • Demonstrate the value that Subsplash can deliver by helping them achieve their goals • Focus on the best opportunities available to Subsplash to maximize MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) • Generate and qualify new leads for Account Executives • Fostering relationships with prospects • Identifying market trends and what success looks like for each organization • Partnering with them to reach their goals and make more fans of Subsplash

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for both technology and the communities we serve • Strong communication skills and an active listening approach • Resilience and energy in a fast-moving environment • A coachable mindset and a drive toward humility, innovation, and excellence • A desire to grow within a sales organization • Familiarity with church staff roles and dynamics is a plus at any level • 0–1 years of sales or customer-facing experience if applying as SDR I • 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience if applying as SDR II
