📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across curriculum development, professional learning, coaching, implementation, and field testing • Maintain project timelines, implementation schedules, task management systems, milestones, and deliverables • Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, record notes, track decisions and action items, and monitor deadlines • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person educator professional learning events, including registration, communications, travel, hotels, catering, transportation, meeting space, materials, technology, attendance, and evaluations • Support facilitators before, during, and after professional learning events • Serve as an operational contact for participating school districts and coordinate meetings, communications, teacher onboarding, coaching schedules, and routine questions • Coordinate curriculum development activities, reviewer feedback, revisions, version control, documents, and digital resources • Coordinate research and evaluation logistics, including surveys, consent documentation, observations, implementation calendars, communications, and data collection • Assist with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, consultant payments, teacher stipends, reimbursements, purchasing, contracts, invoices, and program records • Support internal and external communications through website content, district updates, presentations, board reports, formatting, and proofreading • Maintain organized project, curriculum, district, meeting, professional learning, contract, and evaluation documentation • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Required: 2-year degree in any field • Required: Two years of experience in program, project, or office administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience working with K-12 education programs • Experience supporting educator professional learning • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, or conferences • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive materials • Familiarity with STEM education • Experience with project management software and collaboration tools such as Asana • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Experience using Zoom, Teams, Canva, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, manage time, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and remain responsive and communicative • Commitment to SSPI’s mission and values • Authorization to work in the United States • Background clearance, including possibly Level 2 fingerprinting • Ability to lift and move materials and climb stairs for on-site program assistance • Ability to travel approximately 30 days annually within the United States • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours during key program periods such as the Summer Institute or unit launches
