📋 Description

• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making • Lead complex operational, financial, and strategic analyses • Develop business cases, scenario models, forecasting tools, and value-realization analyses • Design and evolve enterprise KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards • Translate complex business questions into analytical approaches • Monitor organizational performance and identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities • Strengthen data governance, data quality, reporting consistency, and enterprise reporting practices • Present findings, recommendations, and insights to executive leadership • Partner with Finance, Delivery, Sales, Product, and other functions to align metrics and performance measurement • Introduce new reporting approaches, measurement frameworks, and decision-support tools • Deliver executive insights, business cases, scenario models, KPI frameworks, dashboards, actionable recommendations, and data governance improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading business analytics, operational analysis, financial modeling, or strategic decision support in a technology or high-growth environment • Ability to solve complex business problems through analysis and practical recommendations • Ability to translate large amounts of data into clear stories for leaders • Ability to build trusted relationships with executives and influence decisions • Business acumen and sound judgment • Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms (bonus) • Advanced experience with SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, or business intelligence tools (bonus) • Experience supporting executive planning, investment analysis, or enterprise performance management (bonus) • Experience developing KPI architectures, reporting frameworks, or value-realization methodologies (bonus) • Familiarity with managed services, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, or cybersecurity environments (bonus)
