📋 Description

• Assess department requirements and identify integration opportunities for new technologies and system processes • Assist with management of data, reporting, and analytics functions so internal teams can draw meaningful conclusions • Coach the team on applying statistical and computational methods to analyze research data • Conduct literature reviews on data management, information systems, machine learning, and artificial intelligence • Confer with industry partners on applying research findings to real-world settings • Design documentation systems covering system specifications, architectural diagrams, and user guides • Define approaches for data models, data integration processes, and data governance policies • Develop complex data migration systems and coordinate with data management teams to ensure information-transfer accuracy • Establish testing systems to ensure requirements and functions are met

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years relevant work or equivalent experience • Adept at SQL and/or Python • Adept at Business Intelligence reporting, including Tableau, Power BI, etc. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Ability to translate non-analytical customer needs into analysis and reporting and communicate data insights • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related STEM field • Experience working within Healthcare Quality Management preferred • Experience with NCQA HEDIS and other quality metrics preferred • Outcomes research experience preferred
