📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support the development of comprehensive job descriptions and specifications • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit, and negotiate offers within defined parameters • Coordinate independently and/or with the TA Coordinator to schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs • Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging recruitment process • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage and track candidate data and progress • Stay current on talent acquisition and recruitment trends and best practices • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with reporting requests, functional trackers, vendor agreements, and ad hoc assignments • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
