📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership in applying person-centered approaches to improve health system performance and health outcomes • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health interventions • Contribute to new business development activities to expand ThinkWell’s behavioral health practice • Design and facilitate a quality improvement collaborative involving behavioral health clinicians, community-based staff, and administrative leadership for up to 20 organizations • Conduct one-on-one coaching and technical assistance for learning collaborative participants • Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities • Contribute to capture strategies, strategic partnerships, and donor engagement across mental health and global health portfolios • Lead and contribute to proposal development, including technical approach design, staffing plans, work planning, budget inputs, and preparation of competitive submissions for local and state government, clinical organization, professional association, and foundation-funded opportunities • Report to the Director of Mental Health • Work approximately 15–20 hours per week for six months

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree and 15+ years of experience providing technical assistance, training, and collaborative facilitation; licensed behavioral health clinician preferred • Strong writing skills, with experience in developing high-quality documents with minimal supervision • Senior leadership ability to rally staff around ThinkWell’s mission and priorities • Thoughtful systems thinking with a grounded, pragmatic understanding of work complexities • Recognized leadership in the area of technical specialty • Strong professional network in the behavioral health field • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with external strategic partners, donors, and other stakeholders • New business development, proposal writing, and fundraising experience • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences • Outstanding communication skills, including ability to relate respectfully with staff at all levels, ages, genders, and orientations and across work areas • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%
