📋 Description

• Assist customers over the phone with selecting products for vehicle projects • Sell automotive parts and offer upsells and cross-sells matching customer needs • Deliver industry-leading inbound phone customer service • Handle inbound calls only; no outbound or cold calling • Complete an 8-week paid training program covering automotive systems and parts • Work from home • Work Tuesday–Saturday in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Tennessee, with overtime periods • Work five days weekly including Sunday in Texas, with overtime periods

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee or Texas • Genuine automotive interest • High level of attention to detail • Capability to deliver exceptional service • Knack for problem-solving • Automotive hobbyist experience or prior automotive industry careers highly desired • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in the house • Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems • Proficiency in using and navigating the Internet • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers • Willingness to go to work for customers • Existing high-speed internet connection required
