📋 Description

• Assist customers over the phone with selecting automotive products • Sell products and offer upsells and cross-sells to match customer needs • Provide inbound phone sales with no outbound/cold calling • Complete an 8-week paid training program covering automotive systems and parts • Work from home while assisting auto enthusiasts • Work the specified training and hiring schedules for the applicable state • Work periods of overtime as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas • Genuine automotive interest • High level of attention to detail • Exceptional customer service capability • Problem-solving ability • Automotive hobbyist experience or prior automotive industry careers highly desired, but not required • Willingness to learn • Passion for excellent customer service • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in the house to work from • Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems • Proficiency in using and navigating the Internet • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers • Existing high-speed internet connection required
