📋 Description

• Call, text, and email existing customers whose supply is running low and secure reorders • Work an assigned queue of reorder opportunities daily following the established call and follow-up cadence • Review customer purchase history and order details before contacting customers • Recommend products and quantities based on the customer’s routine • Introduce complementary products and grow order value • Follow up across phone, SMS, and email to drive conversion • Build rapport with repeat customers • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly individual sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results • Comfortable and proficient with manual dialing and reaching out to leads • Excellent communication via phone, email, and text • Comfortable working in a CRM and order management system • Strong attention to detail on customer records • Consultative approach focused on listening before selling • Positive attitude and passion for sales • Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Prior phone sales or telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required • Stable internet connection of 50+ Mbps upload and download • Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater • Backup system for power and internet • Fast, reliable laptop or desktop computer • Working camera • Working noise-cancelling headset • Availability for 35–45 hours per week • Availability for schedules between 9:00am and 7:00pm CT • Must be available to work weekends
