📋 Description

• Provide direct technical support to end users via phone, email, walk-up, and web • Support IT-based systems including Wynne Rental-man, AS/400, email, PC network systems, Microsoft Office, printing, scanning, faxing, basic computer hardware, and web systems • Provide Tier II support and assist Level I helpdesk technicians • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems • Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution • Manage and administer customer support systems and departmental systems • Work with department team members on cross-communication and cross-training • Perform other duties assigned by the manager • Improve service delivered by the CMIS department

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years demonstrated effectiveness in a similar role • Degree in computer science or related field (preferred, but not required) • Knowledge of AS/400 systems • Excellent knowledge of PC based hardware and software systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more • Ability to work indoors/outdoors when required by the job
