📋 Description

• Own day-to-day 3PL fulfillment performance and ensure shipments meet OTIF and SLA targets • Manage domestic freight and carrier relationships, including rate negotiations • Audit freight billing and resolve claims to recover costs from carrier overcharges or service failures • Own the freight and logistics budget, track spend, and report monthly variance to leadership • Build and maintain real-time logistics and carrier performance reporting • Maintain full product traceability from co-manufacturer through delivery • Partner with Food Safety & Quality on investigations • Serve as primary liaison between Customer Care and the 3PL network for fulfillment and delivery issues • Complete onboarding across freight and 3PL systems and map the carrier and 3PL network • Launch a live logistics performance dashboard and document core SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or transportation, ideally within CPG • Experience with cross-border OTR freight is a plus • Proven experience auditing freight invoices and recovering costs from carrier errors • Direct experience negotiating rates or contract terms with carriers • Ability to build and maintain performance reporting using tools like Google Sheets, Looker, or similar platforms • Track record of independently building processes where none previously existed • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort holding external vendors accountable
