📋 Description

• Lead SnapNrack's regulatory compliance, certification, and product approval activities • Own compliance strategy throughout the product lifecycle • Develop and execute certification strategies for new and existing products, including UL, Intertek, ICC, and regional compliance programs • Monitor changes to codes, standards, and certification requirements and translate them into engineering actions • Integrate compliance planning into product development • Coordinate external testing laboratories, certification agencies, and engineering consultants • Manage certification schedules and technical documentation • Maintain approved module lists, certification records, engineering documentation, and regulatory change management • Partner with Technical Engineering and Application Engineering to interpret compliance requirements for customer applications • Support Sales and Customer Care with compliance documentation, customer inquiries, and technical product approvals • Deliver timely certification projects, accurate documentation, reduced certification cycle time, zero certification lapses, and improved compliance readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline • 5+ years supporting product compliance, testing, or certification • Experience working with UL, Intertek, or similar certification organizations • Strong project management skills • Strong technical communication skills • Strong analytical skills
