📋 Description

• Monitor daily cash positions • Manage cash concentration • Handle wire transfers and liquidity needs • Build and maintain short- and long-term cash flow models • Maintain relationships with financial institutions • Negotiate banking fees and service agreements • Open or modify bank accounts • Manage foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risks • Implement financial hedging strategies • Oversee debt facilities • Monitor covenant compliance • Support capital structure optimization • Implement and manage treasury management systems • Integrate treasury software with ERP platforms • Enforce internal controls • Support audits and adhere to financial regulations • Allocate solar assets into multiple open banking facilities • Manage financing constraints and investment objectives • Maintain detailed borrowing base models • Forecast future capital needs • Interface with banking partners • Work with analysts, Finance Team members, Executive Leadership, and other key stakeholders • Coordinate with colleagues on long-term financing transactions related to project assets • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • MBA or master's degree is a plus • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is highly preferred • 5 to 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury, banking, or financial management experience • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling • Advanced proficiency in treasury management software • Strong analytical thinking • Clear written and verbal communication • Leadership skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Root-cause analysis • Ability to research, identify, and solve problems independently or with minimal assistance • Ability to interact clearly and concisely with executive management, colleagues, and external stakeholders • Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints • Efficient time management, self-discipline, and prioritization • Ability to work effectively as a team player • Strategic thinking to develop and adapt new processes • Ability to work at a computer workstation
