📋 Description

• Design, build, configure, and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration workflows. • Lead build and configuration efforts across fee schedules, pricing, charge review, PB Guardian, adjustments, credits, security, and follow-up workflows. • Partner with revenue cycle leadership and operational stakeholders to optimize billing processes and improve workflow efficiency. • Participate in system design sessions, workflow validation, integrated testing, go-live preparation, and stabilization activities. • Support charge capture, claims management, reimbursement workflows, and revenue cycle optimization initiatives. • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support recommendations. • Assist with workflow standardization efforts across multiple health centers within the Epic Orchard model. • Participate in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and future enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration Certification. • 3+ years of hands-on Epic Resolute Professional Billing build and support experience. • Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting: Fee Schedules, Pricing, Charge Review, PB Guardian, Adjustments, Credits, Security, Follow-Up Work Queues. • Experience supporting Epic implementation, optimization, or go-live initiatives. • Strong understanding of physician revenue cycle operations and professional billing workflows. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
