📋 Description

• Administer, configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services across the enterprise • Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online environments including permissions, governance, workflows, and integrations • Support Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, Copilot, and additional M365 collaboration tools • Manage tenant-wide configurations including licensing, compliance, security settings, and role-based access • Support Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management, authentication, and conditional access policies • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security, governance, retention, and compliance standards • Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 performance, connectivity, and integration issues • Support upgrades, patches, migrations, and platform enhancements • Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable collaboration and productivity solutions • Develop automation and workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and consultative guidance • Participate in after-hours support, on-call rotation, and emergency/hurricane response activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a relevant technical role • Strong experience with: SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Exchange Online OneDrive Microsoft Copilot Planner and Loop • Microsoft 365 Administration • Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and identity/access management • Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or workflow automation tools • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, compliance, and administration best practices • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
