📋 Description

• Develop and manage franchise development content, including brochures, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and presentation decks, while ensuring brand consistency • Maintain franchise development website pages and create a strategic content calendar • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align franchise development messaging with brand standards and update candidate-facing collateral • Build, manage, and optimize multi-touch drip email campaigns and segmented nurture sequences for prospective franchise candidates • Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns and franchise portal listings, including A/B testing • Manage the franchise development CRM for lead tracking, pipeline visibility, follow-up, and lead scoring • Serve as the primary marketing contact for franchise broker networks and consultants • Develop broker toolkits, newsletters, and presentation materials • Plan and coordinate broker webinars, virtual presentations, and in-person events • Track broker referrals and campaign performance, provide ROI reporting, and develop incentive programs • Research franchise development marketing trends and maintain a marketing playbook with SOPs, templates, and messaging frameworks • Support the VP of Franchise Development with materials for expos, trade shows, and industry conferences • Manage franchise development social media channels and targeted advertising campaigns • Use LinkedIn to build brand awareness among franchise brokers and entrepreneurial communities • Monitor and respond to social media and web-form inquiries • Track and report KPIs through weekly and monthly dashboards, including cost per lead, conversion rates, broker referral volume, and campaign ROI • Recommend marketing budget allocation and campaign optimization using data insights • Manage the franchise development marketing budget and track campaign spend and ROI • Develop and manage the candidate communication journey using automated workflows and personalized messaging • Create candidate-facing resources such as FAQs, discovery day agendas, and franchisee testimonials • Coordinate video testimonials and case studies featuring existing franchisees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 2-3 years of franchise marketing experience; franchise development or B2B marketing preferred • Demonstrated experience managing email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising with strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy • Exceptional copywriting, content creation, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience working within the franchise industry with familiarity with the franchise broker/consultant community and franchise lead generation portals • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and website content management systems such as WordPress • Experience planning and supporting franchise expo and trade show participation
