• Develop and maintain a sales team by directing focus, setting goals, analyzing data, motivating staff, and creating training and growth opportunities • Manage sales efforts to develop untapped markets and penetrate existing markets • Support sales team members in generating leads and closing deals • Manage branch productivity through training, evaluation, expansion, mentoring, and succession planning • Build relationships with recruiting teams to maximize sales efforts and address recruiting and market trends • Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies, programs, and marketing strategies to expand staffing business • Manage monthly sales goals against the Division budget • Address client concerns, present Supplemental Advantage features and benefits, and handle objections • Maintain flexible schedules to service client requests and handle complaints • Hire, train, develop, coach, and mentor office talent • Conduct daily white board meetings and weekly wrap-up meetings • Communicate and implement corporate vision, initiatives, policies, and procedures • Make presentations to associations and organizations to increase awareness of Supplemental Health Care services • Manage internal and external company policies, including Human Resources, Accounting, and Quality Assurance • Align the team with One SHC recruitment protocols, policies, and procedures • Interview and hire qualified candidates to fulfill business needs • Identify and address causes of turnover and maintain 70% or greater team retention • Review onboarding checklists with new hires and improve long-term productivity • Ensure proper team documentation in SHC's proprietary database • Collaborate with aligned leadership to improve processes and division growth • Support ongoing training and development of team members • Foster high morale, motivation, and teamwork • Perform other duties as assigned
• Minimum of 3-5 years' equivalent experience required, preferably in the health care industry • 4+ years of leadership experience • Knowledge of business and management principles involving recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and related work • Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategy, sales techniques, and sales management systems • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently and with other team members • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask • Strong decision-making capabilities • Excellent negotiating skills • Working knowledge of computers and CRM software programs • Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required • Bachelor's Degree preferred
