📋 Description

• Monitor and interpret tax laws, regulations, and policies across U.S. federal, state, and local jurisdictions, as well as Canada • Research legislative and regulatory changes and assess their impact on payroll, tax, finance, and related applications • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure compliant and timely system updates • Provide clear, actionable guidance on tax and regulatory requirements • Prepare documentation outlining legislative changes, business impacts, and required system/process updates • Track upcoming regulatory changes and support compliance activities • Provide training and guidance to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. legislative analysis, payroll tax, legal compliance, or regulatory affairs • Strong understanding of U.S. tax, legal, and regulatory frameworks • Canadian regulatory experience is a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with ERP systems such as FSCM and HCM is desirable • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred • Must be based within the USA • Must have the right to work in the US
