📋 Description

• Strategically growing market share thru competitive analysis of dealer/customer organizations within defined geography. • Driving performance improvement initiatives by providing on-site training and consultation to the existing dealer/customer network. • Identifying, developing and training key dealer/customer personnel to leverage their resources to maximize sales for the Supreme line of products. • Facilitate knowledge transfer to dealer/customer network by coordinating webinars/seminars on various sales and/or service topics. • Maximize dealers’ use of tools and programs to deliver a consistent customer experience and increase dealer performance. • Manage the successful identification, qualification, selection, and establishment of prospective dealers. • Prepare and present new dealer opportunities and/or existing dealer termination or cures to management for approval. • Support Dealer Recognition programs (Dealer Rewards Program, etc.) • Resolve dealer/customer issues regarding sales and service. • Monitor dealer/customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Review sales reports and consult with dealers/customers to forecast sales and profitability. • Advise dealers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. • Professionally represent company at trade association meetings to promote products. • Review and analyze legislation, laws, and public policy, and recommend changes when applicable to promote and support the interest of Supreme International. • Assess marketing potential of new and existing dealer store locations, and prioritize territory marketing expenses to best support growth goals. • Work in connection with IT department regarding all technology projects. (CRM maintenance, etc.) • Approximately 50% travel required.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Sales CRM & ERP software. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • High Level of Professionalism • Excellent Prospecting & Closing skills • Sales Planning including Forecasting, Time Management, Etc. • Territory Management & Market Knowledge • Proven history of meeting Sales Goals • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of B2B Sales experience
