📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment • Gather project requirements from clients and define project objectives and deliverables • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure milestones are met on schedule • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for alignment and successful onboarding • Conduct project status meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve obstacles affecting timelines or deliverables • Provide direct customer training and support throughout implementation • Coordinate technical resources to ensure connectivity between Surgimate and customers’ other systems • Collaborate with R&D, Customer Support, Implementations, and development teams on technical challenges, interoperability, and customization • Configure Surgimate product builds during implementation • Continuously improve implementation processes and implement best practices • Help customers refine requirements and configure internal controls, settings, and quality checks • Capture meeting/event details and communicate notes and action items • Lead live customer training sessions in person or virtually as needed • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Project management or SaaS implementation experience a plus, but not required • Familiarity with surgical scheduling and surgical practice workflows strongly preferred • Experience working closely with clients • Willingness to train end users, configure product builds, and troubleshoot hands-on throughout implementation • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and meet deadlines • Keen eye for detail and high level of organizational capability • Ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts • Passion for providing the highest quality service to customers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Remote-first role with occasional travel required • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to support key initiatives • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
