📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations and strategic development of clinical programs • Ensure program efficiency, quality improvement, and alignment with organizational goals • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Supervise staff • Support outreach and education initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery • Partner with physicians and drive innovative care navigation programs that improve patient outcomes • Advance exceptional oncology care systemwide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field • 4 years recent relevant experience • Experience in healthcare operations, program management, or clinical services • Strong understanding of strategic planning and business development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with executive level leadership and physicians systemwide • Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects • Excellent conflict resolution on different levels of teams • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards • EHR workflow enhancement • Cancer or advanced service line department management experience preferred • Direct report leadership experience preferred
