📋 Description

• Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of clinical programs • Ensures program efficiency, quality improvement, and alignment with organizational goals • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders • Supervises staff • Supports outreach and education initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field • MBA, MHA, MPH Preferred • 4 years recent relevant experience • Cancer or advanced service line department management experience Preferred • Direct report leadership experience Preferred • Experience in healthcare operations, program management, or clinical services • Strong understanding of strategic planning and business development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects • Excellent conflict resolution on different levels of teams • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards • EHR workflow enhancement.
