📋 Description

• Perform inside sales, placement, and service of SWBC and client financial products. • Facilitate inbound and outbound calls regarding product and service availability and suitability. • Help borrowers with consumer lending products and submit loan applications. • Assist customers with payments and provide customer service. • Make inbound and outbound calls using effective telephone sales techniques while meeting call and department service levels. • Promote lending and related products offered by SWBC business partners and clients. • Follow department scripting and use phone etiquette, rejection rebuttals, active listening, and other communication techniques. • Update call results and enter pertinent information into SWBC and financial institution databases. • Maintain records of all customer contacts. • Receive and place product support calls to ensure services meet marketplace and contract expectations. • Participate in department meetings and product/technique training as directed by management.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum of six (6) months of inbound calling experience which includes updating call results, receiving and placing support calls, or other related experience required. • Consumer lending experience preferred. • Strong working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Excel, MS Access, and other related programs. • Able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. • Detail oriented and be able to multitask. • Able to sit for long periods of time assisting with telephone calls or other related duties. • Able to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents. • SWBC is a Substance-Free Workplace and requires pre-employment drug testing. • SWBC does not hire tobacco users as allowed by law.
