📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end contracting workflow for new and expansion deals, including drafting from templates, issuing paper, tracking versions, and driving to signature • Review and negotiate customer redlines on MSAs, order forms, BAAs, and performance guarantees • Resolve standard positions and escalate non-standard terms to Legal with a clear recommendation • Run the approval process for discounts, non-standard pricing, and risk terms across Sales, Finance, Legal, Clinical, and Security • Advise representatives on deal structure and available commercial levers • Coach representatives on standard positions to reduce escalations • Maintain accurate contract status, terms, and approvals in Salesforce and the CLM • Ensure smooth handoff to Billing and Account Management after signature • Maintain the Deal Desk playbook, including fallback positions, clause library, approval matrix, and reasons deals get stuck

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Deal Desk, Contract Management, Commercial Legal Ops or a similar role supporting enterprise B2B sales • Hands-on experience negotiating redlines on commercial agreements, including indemnification, limitation of liability, warranties, data privacy, and SLAs, and knowing when to escalate • Track record of coordinating multi-party approvals across Sales, Finance and Legal on tight timelines • Very strong attention to detail and version control, together with commercial judgement to see the bigger picture • Experience with Salesforce and a CLM tool such as Ironclad, Spotdraft or equivalent • AI proficiency at least at Explorer (Level 1), using AI daily to boost personal productivity • Experience in digital health or SaaS, and with contracting through channel partners (nice to have) • Paralegal or contract-management experience or certification (nice to have)
