📋 Description

• Lead video and audio onboarding consultations with members • Deliver a welcoming, personalized introduction to the program • Capture and synthesize member information for transition to the treatment PT • Prepare handoff notes and collaborate with PTs for continuity of care • Help members overcome initial barriers and prepare to begin treatment • Contribute to team initiatives and cross-functional projects • Work with Intake Leads and Clinical Operations leadership to develop and scale digital care delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) • At least 3 years of clinical experience • Must be a licensed physical therapist • Experience treating musculoskeletal disorders • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage members • Extremely comfortable with technology and navigating multiple platforms at once • Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach • Adaptability to rapidly evolving processes • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment • Availability for a flexible schedule of 10-24 hours/week • Schedule availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance • Ability to demonstrate at least Level 1 AI proficiency

• Volume compensation of $13 to $24/hour on average based on post-call session activity • Monthly incentive based on established company performance metrics • Seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with potential extension of another 3 months and conversion to a permanent role • Fully remote work from home within the US • Flexible part-time schedule of 10-24 hours/week
