📋 Description

• Reinforce the physical therapy team with clinical knowledge and experience • Drive clinical outcomes through exceptional patient engagement • Apply Sword’s digital approach when treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders • Work assigned variable hours based on business needs • Contribute to other operational requirements as they arise

🎯 Requirements

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) • At least 3 years of clinical experience • Must be a licensed physical therapist • Eligibility under the PT Compact • Reside in a PT Compact member state • Hold an active PT license and valid driver’s license issued by the same home state • Experience treating musculoskeletal disorders • Digital health experience strongly preferred • AI proficiency at least Level 1 • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage members • Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple platforms simultaneously • Ability to adapt to a hands-off approach and rapidly evolving processes • Able to work in a fast-paced remote environment • Comfortable working a flexible schedule between 25 and 40 hours per week
