📋 Description

• Reinforce the team of women's health specialists with knowledge in pelvic health and solid clinical experience • Drive clinical outcomes for members through exceptional member engagement • Apply Sword's digital approach in the clinical support of patients with musculoskeletal disorders, specifically in pelvic health • Work assigned weekly hours based on business needs • Contribute to other operational requirements as they arise

🎯 Requirements

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) • Must be a licensed physical therapist • At least 3 years of clinical experience, including treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, specifically in pelvic health • Completion of at least one of: Pelvic Health Physical Therapy 1 (PH1) through APTA; Pelvic Floor Level 1 (PF1) through Herman & Wallace; or Pelvic Health I through Evidence in Motion • Digital health experience strongly preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage members • Extremely comfortable with technology and navigating multiple platforms at once • Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach • Adaptability to rapidly evolving processes • Able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced, remote environment • Comfortable working a flexible schedule between 25 and 40 hours per week • Must demonstrate at least Level 1 AI proficiency
