• Overseeing supplier follow-up operations, ensuring on-time delivery performance, and driving accountability across the supply base. • Leading a team of Supplier Follow-Up Specialists and managing escalations. • Partnering cross-functionally to mitigate risk, resolve disruptions, and improve overall supplier performance. • Leading supplier performance reviews and driving accountability for delivery, quality, and long-term performance improvement. • Approving and monitoring supplier corrective action plans to ensure timely and effective resolution. • Analyzing supplier performance trends to identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, supplier management, expediting, logistics, or a related function. • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members. • Experience managing supplier performance, escalations, recovery plans, or at-risk orders. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and customer requirements.
