📋 Description
• Identify and recruit high-performing commercial lines agencies and brokers • Lead the appointment process and train producers on the SafeLease portal • Act as the primary point of contact for producer partners, conduct account reviews, and gather feedback • Educate producers on insurance products and technology advantage • Own the entire pipeline from initial submission through to bind • Build distribution/referral relationships with existing property management customers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in insurance distribution, agency management, or wholesale brokerage • Active surplus lines producer license highly preferred (or relevant surplus lines experience)
