📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and develop a team of Project Planners • Lead project escalations and serve as the ultimate point of escalation for complex project material shortages • Coordinate Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics parties to deliver to site needs • Drive the evolution of project tracking tools and KPIs • Summarize project performance, anticipated shortfalls, and mitigation strategies for VP and C-level stakeholders • Identify, assess, and manage supply risks across multiple concurrent projects • Act as a strategic liaison across site-level teams and Executive Leadership to align on material strategies and resolve bottlenecks • Architect and implement scalable processes for program execution improvement • Drive operational excellence, standardization, and efficiency across the supply chain planning organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, project planning, or material management • At least 3+ years in a leadership or people management role • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives and driving program execution efficiency • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders across all levels of a matrixed organization • Strong track record of managing complex supply risks across a portfolio of large-scale, capital-intensive projects • Advanced presentation and communication skills, with comfort providing strategic updates to Director/VP/Executive-level stakeholders • Deep understanding of material planning principles, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes • Advanced Excel experience, including Pivot tables/charts, advanced modeling, and Macros/VBA • Data-driven analytical problem-solving skills • Proficiency in SAP and other advanced supply chain management/ERP tools • Valid driver's license • Ability to drive and/or fly to client locations and company HQ • Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP) or project management (PMP) is a strong plus
